Why is it important to learn your Mother Tongue?

It is important to learn your Mother Tongue because when someone says hello to you in your Mother Tongue and you can’t talk your Mother tongue and we feel shy.

It is important because you can communicate together with others also.

Is having a strong Mother Tongue important and why?
