We looked at 4 different images from the past. We asked questions about what we could see. It made us think about how life is different today. What surprised us was how there were things in the images that are the same today.

The people don't have car and they only ride on a carriage the picture has no color.All the carriage goes at the same time because there is no traffic light.I think they only wear black and white cloth and I think they don't have other cloth color.
No because in the picture they only ride on carriage and there is not much people.They don't have car,motor and bicycle.Not lots of people there.there are lots of people that walks and there is not lots of people that ride.

In the photographs there is a bridge and there are buildings now there are also those things. Now we still have lamps on long metal sticks. What is different is that we don’t have carriages or we normally use cars and not horses to get around now.

1.There is people in a town shopping,walking and there are people that are giving entertainment on a stage in the back of the picture.
2.there are people taking their dogs for a walk and which happens today and some people are shopping like today! and there are jester that are sometimes here but in maybe some other country. people today don't have pipe blowers as entertainment.

I think in this picture that there is a man checking a list of people. He is looking for the people who didn’t come to a day when someone died. If they didn’t come something would happen to them.
The same thing from today is that we still take walk with dogs. These days i can also see that people are still begging for money. The same thing is that they have the markets like today.
The difference is that people don’t carry axes around these days. The dressing is not the same. They don’t have any tiles. There is no vehicles.

What’s happening in the Picture
People are selling food to each other. This way other people will have food to eat. In the back of the picture, you can see people are waving at each other. A lot of people are talking to each other. Some are sitting, whilst others are eating. I think some of them might be getting ready for a party because they are wearing very nice shirts, pants, dress and skirts. They look like characters from Mulan.
Things that are happening in the picture that is happening today
Eating, selling, buying, talking, waving, riding horses, writing.

I think this was in not in Asia because of the way they designs the buildings. The building was in Europe. This was a photo and it was black and white it was along time ago. Most of the buildings are made out of bricks and stones which is different from now. Now people use concrete, bricks and wood the way people design is simple and modern.
The way people dressed was different than now. People in the olden days don't really use transportation and they like to walk. They use carriage and carts to travel from one to another. Now we have cars, motos and other transports.
I don't think this was a really really long time ago because they have restaurants and shops that were famous already. In this picture the road is much more smaller than now if we compare it. There is no crossing lines on the roads for people to cross.
Most of the mans wear hats and they all wear suits and the ladies wear black and white dresses and hats as well. They also sell things in front of the shop on the payment. Now people sell things only in the shop not on the payment anymore ( in Cambodia people sell thing on carriages you can also find them on the payment or at the park too).

I think this is from a long time ago because all the people are wearing old
clothes and the city are old because it was made in 1907 and there no cars
because people are walking and it is black and white.
