Yesterday we met Zach Bonner. He came to our school to tell us about the action that he took and also to give us ideas on how we can take action.

What I learnt today about being healthy

I learnt today that when you play you get healthy. I played with lots of friends today at recess so that helps me feel healthy.

Swimming helps you get healthy. It helps to make my heart stronger.

I play, I dance and I get enough sleep. This helps me to be healthy.

If you drink lots of healthy things like water it is better for you than the fizzy stuff.

Doing exercise like running and jumping and putting your hands up and down these make you fit and stronger.

We Are Back!

August 2015
Our first Week
Welcome everyone to a new school year for Ms Claire's class.
We have new friends who have joined us from Grade 1 and we have said good bye to last years Grade 3's who have progressed onto Grade 4.
It was great to see everyone back and to welcome two new friends to the class.

What we are looking forward to :
Its a new year and I am very excited for star power because I am going to play the piano.
